Calls to this number are free from a BT land line but please check with your phone provider as you may be charged by other providers and considerably more from your mobile. If you have an allowance or get free calls for 01 numbers, you may prefer to call us on 0191 212 7624, which is charged at your standard Local/National call rate.  Customers with certain mobile phones may have difficulty dialling our 0808 number but can still get to us, using the 0191 212 7624 number.

Greggs plc is committed to supporting British suppliers and wherever commercially practical we deal with companies who are local to the business to which they supply.

We have strong commercial links to British food producers including millers, meat and poultry processors, vegetable and produce suppliers and dairy companies, all of whom rely on British farmers to supply their raw materials.

Packaging and shop equipment manufacturers as well as service providers from the UK are also a key part of our success and we encourage British suppliers where it is both practical and economically viable.
