Q. Which of your products are suitable for vegetarians?

Our products can vary between divisions, therefore please contact your local division and they will be able to advise you on the most suitable vegetarian products in your local Greggs shop.

Q. Does every Greggs shop sell the same products?

We have a range of signature products which are sold in every Greggs shop around the country. In addition, we try to cater for local tastes by including local, traditional bakery products and lines that are popular with customers in that area. We are continually developing new products and ranges to introduce into our shops and discontinuing the sale of products that no longer meet the needs of our customers.

Q. Are Greggs shops franchised?

We are a vertically integrated business which means that we make, distribute and sell all our products through regional bakeries; our own transport network and our own shops. We own and operate all aspects of our business from manufacture through to retail and do not franchise any aspect of our operation.

Q. What are Greggs’ opening hours?

Shop opening times vary from shop to shop as we trial new longer hours, however most shops open at 8.00am and close at 17.00/17.30pm.

Q. Why do you not put Nutritional Information on the website?

Currently, our divisions use different suppliers and different ingredients, therefore the values can differ from region to region. At present we are analysing all of our products with a view to making the nutritional information available to all of our customers.

Q. Does Greggs offer Sponsorship?

Greggs focuses its activities through the Greggs Trust, a registered charity of Greggs, which aims to assist the most disadvantaged areas in which we trade. The criteria of making donations through the trust does not extend to sponsorship.

Q. Do Greggs make Birthday/Wedding Cakes?

We try to cater for local tastes by including local, traditional bakery products that are popular with customers in that area. Due to falling popularity the majority of our divisions have stopped making celebration cakes. To find out if your local Greggs sells Celebration cakes please contact your local division.
