Where's my voucher?

Have you filled in your details on the Sandwich Share tab? We need your email address so we can send your Buy One Give One FREE voucher.

If you've given us your email address, check your email account to see if your voucher is in the junk folder.

If you joined the Sandwich Share (by filling in your details on the Sandwich Share tab) after 23rd August 2010, then your voucher will be sent out the next Monday.

We'll send vouchers out to newly signed up fans every Monday until the end of the Great Greggs Sandwich Share on Monday 6th September 2010.

For week commencing Monday 30th August 2010, vouchers will be released on Tuesday 31st August 2010.

I thought this was a FREE sandwich not a BOGOF. Why have you changed the offer?

We promise this offer hasn't changed. The sandwich share has always been a Buy One Give One Free. The idea behind the offer is that when you buy your favourite sandwich you get another to share with a friend. We made this clear on the 'sandwich share' page, in the terms and conditions and in our wall posts.

What if I ‘Liked' the Greggs page (became a Greggs fan) before the Great Greggs Sandwich Share started?

You still qualify for your Buy One Give One FREE voucher. All you need to do is fill in your details on the Sandwich Share tab, and be sure to sign up before Monday 6th September 2010.

Do I need to opt in for further emails from Greggs to get a voucher?

No, you don't have to choose this option. Just fill in the details marked with a star* on the Sandwich Share tab form.

I've received my voucher by email, but I don't have a printer at home. How do I get the voucher?

You could ask a friend with a printer to print out your voucher, or perhaps go to your local library, sign into your email account and use their printer. If you can't find any way to print your voucher, please contact us at website@greggs.co.uk

How can I join the Great Greggs Sandwich Share using Facebook on my mobile phone?

Currently Facebook on your mobile phone doesn't show tabs, so unfortunately you can't join the Great Greggs Sandwich Share using your mobile phone.
However, Facebook is always updating and improving its service. So, if a Facebook mobile service that supports tabs becomes available, we'll be sure to let you know.

What are the terms and conditions of the Great Greggs Sandwich Share?

  • Sorry, but we can't accept any entries after Monday 6th September 2010, but all vouchers are valid until Thursday 30th September 2010.
  • The Buy One Give One voucher entitles you to one free Greggs sandwich of your choice, when you buy a take away sandwich from Greggs. The lowest value item is free.
  • The Buy One Give One voucher can only be used when you order take away sandwiches, and excludes hot sandwiches.
  • You're allowed one voucher each transaction. Vouchers aren't transferable between people. No cash alternative is available, either in whole or in part
  • Sandwiches are subject to availability as they are made fresh in our shops daily
  • The Great Greggs Sandwich Share is open to UK residents only, and entries can only be accepted through Facebook.
  • Entry into this competition confirms the full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Greggs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
