Love couldn't come any sweeter this Valentine's Day for a loved up couple who fell for each other over the Greggs bakery confectionery line.
This Valentines Day romance couldn't come any sweeter for loved up Greggs colleagues, Craig Maclean and Stacey Craigen, who caught each other's eye over the confectionery production line at the Glasgow bakery.
Greggs Valentine's Day sweet treats brought the now engaged couple together in 2007 when Stacey was asked to fill in on confectionery where Craig worked at the time. The loved up pair now plan to marry in Florida on 26th October with Greggs providing the cake for their big day.
Stacey recalls: "I normally work in the cream room but that day I was asked to fill in as a biscuit and cake decorator to decorate the Valentine's Day treats and I met Craig who was working there."
"I was new at confectionery but Craig made me feel really comfortable with it and I got used to it quickly with his help. It didn't go unnoticed that he was really good looking and after some initial flirting Craig asked me to a staff party and I went as his date. We clicked immediately and have been inseparable ever since."
Craid said "I've worked as a confectioner at Greggs for ten years now after starting as an apprentice. When I met Stacey I was working in confectionery and she came to lend us a hand, so we started chatting and getting to know each other over the sweet treats."
"I'm now working in despatch department but still get to see Stacey everyday. Greggs is a great place to work and we've both made some great friends here over the years."
