Preparation begins to mix the dough from some of the best ingredients available

When we're happy with the consistency of the dough, it's quickly onto the next step

All our bread is given time to rise - about an hour in fact - and we keep a watchful eye on this important part of the baking process

No time to waste... straight into the oven they go

03:00 am
Fresh from the oven - our seeded rolls are given time to cool

04:00 am
Once they've cooled, we quickly pack them up in preparation for delivery

5:00 am
The next delivery of fresh baked bread is carefully loaded ready to be delivered to your local Greggs shop
