Shop Manager:

When a customer walks into a Greggs shop, there should be a warm and welcoming atmosphere – coming from the way the shop looks and feels, with the smell of fresh baking coming through. You will be a natural leader, motivating a team of friendly efficient staff providing a great tasting product with the highest standards of customer service.

Leading by example, you will set high standards and encourage healthy sales. You will treat people fairly, give them encouragement and make your shop a fun place to be – on both sides of the counter. You are a confident communicator and proven problem solver with retail management experience and lots of initiative.
