When you download and use any of our ‘Digital Services’ (“digital services or services”) that refer to and are covered by these terms (including – but not exclusively - our websites, app and signing up to receive marketing updates from the brand) you’re entering into an agreement in relation to how you use these services with ‘Greggs Plc’ (“Greggs Plc”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you don’t want to agree to these terms (or you do not qualify), you should not use the services.
Alongside this, please make sure you’ve read and understood our Privacy Policy which describes how we collect, store, use and – where applicable - share your information.
Our digital services are not intended to be targeted at or used by anyone under 16 years of age - therefore you must be at least 16 years old to use these services. If you’re currently under the age of 16 and have been using any of our online services, then you must stop and ask that we close any related account(s) that have been created in relation to using these services.

1. About our digital services
Terms of use
Your access to and use of www.greggs.co.uk ("the Website") or the Greggs App (“the App”) is subject to these terms and conditions. You must not use the Website for any purpose which is unlawful and/or not allowed by these terms and conditions. By using the Website you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the practices referred to in this policy.
Ownership of the Website and App
The Website is owned and operated by Greggs plc, Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8BU. You can contact us using the details set out in the contact us section of our Website.
Our liability
The information on the Website and the App is intended to be useful and informative for customers, investors, potential investors, employees and potential employees of Greggs plc. We will use reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee this. We will not be liable for any losses or damage that you may suffer as a result of relying on the information on the Website and the App.
The contents of the Website and the App do not constitute an invitation to invest in shares of Greggs plc.
We make no warranty that:
a) the functionality of the Website and the App will be uninterrupted or error free;
b) defects will be corrected; or the Website and the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website and the App and its content belong exclusively to us or our licensors. By accessing the Website and the App, you agree that you will access the content for your personal non-commercial use only. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without our consent.
Data protection
We acknowledge our obligations under the Data Protection Act, UK GDPR and related legislation. We will only use personal data collected via the Website and the App in accordance with that legislation and our Privacy Policy. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that any personal data is kept secure but due to the nature of the internet, we cannot accept any liability for those who intentionally attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website and the App (to the extent permitted by law).

Variation
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions applicable to the use of a Greggs Account shall at any time be the Terms and Conditions published on our site, and your continued use of a Greggs Account shall constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
General
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term. This does not affect any right or remedy of the third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
These terms and conditions contain all of the terms and conditions relating to your use of the Website and the App. This acknowledgement shall not apply to any misrepresentations and/or breaches of warranty which constitute fraud. If any term or provision in these terms and conditions shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part such term or provision shall be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions.
The validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You hereby irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. About your Greggs Account and the Greggs Rewards Scheme
The following terms and conditions apply to the Greggs Account, (also referred to as “Greggs Rewards” or a "Greggs Account") and govern the relationship between Greggs plc ("we" or "us") and you (“you”). Use of your Greggs Account will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions override any other statements concerning Greggs Rewards and we may update or vary these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. Setting Up Your Greggs Account
You can register for your Greggs Account to use Greggs Rewards by following the registration instructions on the Greggs smartphone App (Apple and Android). The Greggs smartphone app can be downloaded from the links on the App page of our website or directly through the i-tunes and Google Play app stores.
Your Greggs Account details are accessed and may be updated through the Greggs smartphone app at any time. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and you must not give your password to any other person. You can top-up funds to your Greggs Account by credit or debit card. You cannot credit your Greggs Account in any of our shops.
Information provided as part of setting up your Greggs Account
We are committed to maintaining a high level of security on your Greggs Account and also ensure it is easy for us to support you if you contact us.
When creating your Greggs Account we will ask you to provide some basic information such as your name and email.
During set up we also ask you to provide your mobile phone number. This will be used to send you texts that help us ensure only you have access to your account - sometimes called ‘2 Factor Authentication’ (2FA).
We may from time to time also send you text confirmations of services such as when you’ve placed a Click + Collect order, however you will not receive marketing communications from us via text unless you opt to do so.
Minimum Amount Required to use this service
You do not need to have a minimum balance to open a Greggs Account, however our minimum top-up amount is £5. The maximum balance you can have in your Greggs Account is £50. The purpose of uploading funds into your Greggs Account is for the future provision of goods at our shops excluding the purchase of gift cards. Your Greggs Account is administered by, Greggs plc of Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8BU. The Greggs Account may only be used to make purchases in person, or via our Click + Collect service at participating* Greggs stores and cannot be used to make remote or on-line purchases. The Greggs Account is not a credit, debit or charge account.
Using Rewards
Within the Greggs Rewards feature in the Greggs App you can press the ‘Scan’ button to generate your unique Greggs Rewards code. You can then take this code on your smartphone to any participating* Greggs stores. If you have any issues with the first QR code you see, we also provide additional QR codes in the scan screen of the Greggs App to use as an alternative.
The QR code can be scanned using the shop’s scanners. If you are paying using your Greggs Account, when you use your Greggs Rewards code, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance in your Greggs Account.
The remaining balance will be held for the purpose of applying to future purchases and can be viewed within the Greggs App. Please note that your balance will typically update quickly, but may take up to 1 hour to update. You can view your purchase history within the Greggs App in the Account section.
How to get a free product reward:
a) This offer applies when you buy nine eligible products in a product category either in shop or via our Click + Collect service in a participating Greggs shop
b) Your free reward can be redeemed for any product in the selected product category. The reward expires 31 days after it is applied to your account
c) This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability
d) This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash
e) We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time
f) We reserve the right to substitute any product within this promotion if the need arises
g) This offer cannot be combined with the current Greggs Coffee Loyalty Cards that are in circulation
h) You will not be able to get a stamp on your paper card in addition to a digital coffee credit
i) Multi-packs are not eligible to be redeemed as a free product reward
Reward stamps will be applied to all full price items purchased in a Greggs Outlet shop (including Drinks). However, stamps will not be allocated for items purchased at a reduced price. Any (cash) balance within your Wallet can be used to pay for purchases in a Greggs Outlet shop. In terms of active rewards available on your account, these can only be redeemed at Greggs Outlet shops against full price items (including Drinks) or items in a meal deal.
Cancellation and redemption
We reserve the right to cancel your Greggs Account if it has not been used for 24 consecutive months. If this occurs, any remaining funds will become our property. We may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time by giving you reasonable prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your Greggs Account if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms and conditions.
You may terminate your Greggs Account. The fastest way to do this is by going to ‘More’, then the Account section of the Greggs App and following the steps at the bottom of the screen to delete your account. If you are having any difficulty, you can also do this by contacting our Customer Care team on 0808 1473447.
Please note if you delete your account, you will not then be able to set up a new one using the same mobile and/or email address you used for your previous Greggs Account for a period of 28 days.
On receipt of this request, where your Greggs Account has a balance of over £3.00 we will return funds you have paid into your Greggs Account by either BACS, cheque or gift-code to spend in shop, unless we have reason to believe that your Greggs Account has been used for fraudulent or other criminal activities or unless we are prohibited from returning the funds by any law, order, regulation or guidance from any competent authority. Before returning funds to you, we may need to carry out checks to confirm your identity. If you do not assist us in carrying out these checks then we reserve the right to withhold payment. Any balance of £3.00 or under will not be refunded.
Loss, theft, or fraudulent use
You should take care of your Greggs Account and if you have funds loaded onto your account, treat it like cash. Greggs is not responsible for use of Greggs Rewards due to lost mobile phones or misuse of passwords or codes. You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Greggs Account to our Customer Care team on 0808 1473447 to enable us to place a stop on your Greggs Account.
Fair Use
A Greggs Account is limited to individuals that are acting in a personal capacity and not in the capacity of a company, who have a current and valid email account. Your account is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Terms and Conditions. We apply a limit of one membership per person and registered email address.
Resale/use in promotions
You may not sell your Greggs Account or transfer the use to any third party. You must be over the age of 16 to hold a Greggs Account. Your Greggs Account may not be used in any sales or promotional activities and you may not purchase a Greggs gift card using your Greggs Account. We reserve the right to cancel any Greggs Account that we suspect has been resold, transferred or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.
Liability of Greggs plc
Where any loss or damage arises through your use of your Greggs Account from a cause within our control, our liability to you shall not exceed a sum equal to the balance on your Greggs Account as at the date that such loss or damage occurs. We shall otherwise not be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or loss of profit or damages) that arise from or connected with the use of the Greggs Account. The Financial Ombudsman Compensation Service is not applicable to your Greggs Account. We do not take part in any alternative compensation scheme. This clause shall not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law or affect your statutory rights.
Birthday Treat
On your birthday (according to your date of birth as you entered as part of the registration process for a Greggs Account) we will send you a complimentary sweet treat to enjoy. Your birthday sweet treat is any single serving item from our confectionery range, such as a cookie or doughnut. Punnets and multi-packs are not eligible for this promotion. Your birthday treat will normally expire and no longer be available to you within one calendar month.
This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability. This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. We reserve the right to substitute any product within this promotion if the need arises.
To redeem your birthday treat, you simply need to select it as an option through the Greggs App in the usual way by ensuring it is toggled on in your Scan Screen or Wallet. You can then select a single serving item from our confectionery range.
Communications in relation to our Rewards Scheme
Whilst we will not send marketing communications to you via email, push or SMS unless you give us permission to do so, you will receive communications from Greggs in relation to our Rewards Scheme to notify you that a free treat is available to you. We may let you know if one of your Rewards you’ve earned is expiring but it is your responsibility to redeem any reward prior to the expiry date .
3. About our Greggs Click + Collect Service
These terms and conditions apply to the Greggs Click + Collect service, (referred to as “Greggs Click + Collect”) and govern the relationship between Greggs plc ("we" or "us") and you (“you”). Use of Greggs Click + Collect will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions override any other statements concerning Greggs Click + Collect and we may update or vary these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. Registering with Greggs Click + Collect
You can register for Greggs Click + Collect, or via the Greggs App and selecting “Sign Up” (for a Greggs Account).
By registering with Greggs Click + Collect you will be creating an account also known as a "Greggs Account" allowing you to use both Click + Collect and be eligible to use, and receive Rewards, as part of our Greggs Rewards service included in our Greggs app.
It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and you must not give your password to any other person.
If you lose access to your account, or if you suspect that another person knows your password or security details, you should change the password on your account. Please also contact us via our site.

The details you provide to Greggs Click + Collect should be correct and complete at all times. If you require any help in changing your details, you can contact us via our site.
You must provide your real name, email address, address and any other details that may be required at all times. The email address you provide to us is essential to allow us to give you important information including order confirmations and changes to Greggs Click + Collect.
By registering, you agree that your email address may be used by us to supply you with such information. You may receive emails and SMS from Greggs relating to Greggs Click + Collect and other Greggs products but you may change your marketing preferences by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing emails you have received from Greggs.
All information provided via Greggs Click + Collect will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at any time.
We reserve the right to:
a) Decline any new registrations or suspend your account at any time.
b) Close your account if we suspect or believe that you have deliberately provided incorrect information.
Placing an order and acceptance of your order
To place an order online through Greggs Click + Collect or within the Greggs App, you can choose your collection location, choose your timeslot, browse through the menu and select the products that you wish to add to your order then click “Checkout”.
Once placed, your order will be passed to your chosen Greggs shop to be prepared at your selected date and time.
There may be occasions where for quality reasons or for reasons beyond our control it may not be possible to complete your order in full. In this situation, we will contact you via the information you have provided with us in your account or alternatively provide you suitable alternative products at your point of collection, or offer you the right to cancel your order, in which case a refund of your order will be processed via the payment method used to make the payment. Refunds may take up to 5-15 working days to reach your account. Should you have any issues placing an order you should contact our Customer Care team on 0808 1473447.
Pricing, product information and availability
Price and availability may be subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the details and descriptions appearing on the website are correct at the time it was inputted into our online Greggs Click + Collect website or Greggs App. Products may vary in appearance or colour to those shown on the webpage. If you are unhappy with the products for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory, and wish to seek a refund please contact our Customer Care team.
Payment by using Greggs Click + Collect
You will need to register your payment details including credit or debit card details before ordering. These details will be encrypted and held on a secure server (This server is encrypted to PCI DSS standards). These details will only be used to process payment of orders and services relating to Greggs Click + Collect.
Online payments are processed by a company used for processing payments made via the internet.
Payment must be made using a valid debit or credit card.
The registered address of the card must be same as the billing address.
To ensure that your debit or credit card isn’t being used without your consent, our card payment provider will validate your name, address and other personal information that you have provided during your registration.
A Greggs Rewards balance can be used to pay in full for a Click + Collect order via our mobile app, but can’t be used to pay part of the balance. Greggs Gift Cards and voucher codes can’t currently be used on our app based Click + Collect service.
A Greggs Rewards balance, Greggs Gift Card or voucher code can’t be used to pay for part and/or all of the products ordered via our Greggs Click + Collect web based service.
Use of Google Pay and Apple Pay
You can also take advantage of Apple Pay and Google Pay service in our Greggs App if you have this set up on your smartphone.

Amending or cancelling your order
Once your order is placed and is confirmed it is not possible to amend or cancel your order. By submitting your order, you agree that Greggs should complete your order.
Collection
Products will be prepared at your chosen location to be collected at your chosen time. You are responsible for checking your order at the time of collection.
If the items are not collected, you will still be charged the full price. If any part of the order is missing (and for the avoidance of doubt the following shall also constitute there being a missing product: (i) an alternative product is provided without your approval; and/or (ii) it is agreed with the Greggs team member that a product is unfit for consumption) on collection, the customer must let the Greggs team member know immediately. We will endeavour to replace the items wherever possible. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we’ll endeavour to refund you for such missing or rejected product via the payment method used to make the payment. Refunds may take up to [5-15] working days to reach your account. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse collection requests without any notice and at any time. Products are supplied only for use as a consumer and not for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse an order that we believe is for commercial usage.
You agree to comply with any recommendations and guidance given by us relating to the storage and use of the products (For example “Consume by” guidance).
Collecting Greggs Rewards on Click + Collect
Each time you buy a product in one of our shops or via our Click + Collect online or in App service, you will get a stamp. These can only be seen and used within the Greggs App.
You can collect stamps in six different product categories – for example for sandwiches to sweet treats.
If you collect 9 stamps in a category you will receive the 10th item for free which you will see in your Greggs Wallet within the Greggs App, from which you can choose to redeem using your Greggs App.
Termination
You can request your registration to be removed by getting in touch with us via the contact us section of our site. We reserve the right to terminate your access to Greggs Click + Collect immediately without notification should your account be found to not be operating within these Terms and Conditions. Please note this will also mean your Greggs Account will also be removed.

We aim to provide uninterrupted usage of the Greggs Click + Collect website where possible, although we cannot guarantee this. We accept no liability for interruption which may occur to anyone using or wishing to use the Greggs Click + Collect website.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit to us, or from your use or misuse of Greggs Click + Collect.
You must not use Greggs Click + Collect in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose or attempt to obtain income from the use or provision of Greggs Click + Collect.

4. B2B Offers
Gift Cards and E-Gifts
a) This gift card/e-gift is issued by Greggs plc.
b) It may be redeemed at participating* Greggs shops in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This e-gift cannot be redeemed in Greggs franchise shops (those operated by Appleby, Applegreen, Ascona, Blakemore, Euro Garage, Falcon, HKS, MFG, MOTO, Park Garages, Rontec, Sodexo, SSP and Welcome Break).
c) This gift card/e-gift cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
d) If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card/e-gift, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt in shop.
e) This gift card/e-gift will remain valid for 24 months from the date of the last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the valid period.
f) The initial and subsequent balances can be checked on 0191 6078285.
g) This gift card/e-gift has a minimum value of £5, maximum load value per transaction of £250 and a maximum balance value of £1000.
h) Greggs cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged cards.
i) Greggs reserves the right at its discretion to amend the terms and conditions of this gift card/e-gift at any time and take appropriate action, including the cancellation of this gift card/e-gift. This does not affect your statutory rights.
B2B Product Codes
a) Codes are for products specified in individual campaign communications only.
b) Any extras will be charged accordingly
c) Unique valid code must be shown to a member of staff to redeem.
d) One claim per user, per unique code.
e) Offer is valid to redeem between the start and end date of each promotion, only. Any codes shown after the end date of each promotion will not be valid or accepted.
f) Offer is subject to availability and whilst stocks last. An alternative product may be supplied.
g) Excluded shops are those situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby and Rugby.

5. Greggs Gift Cards and Vouchers
These Terms and Conditions apply to Greggs gift cards (“Gift Card”) and e-gifts and m-gifts (“Voucher”) (together the “Gift Card & Voucher”) and govern the relationship between Greggs plc ("we" or "us" or “Greggs”) and you or the person to whom you give the Gift Card & Voucher to (“you”). Use of your Gift Card & Voucher will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions override any statements on your Gift Card & Voucher and we may update or vary these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. All personal information provided will be handed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Purchasing your Gift Card & Voucher
You can purchase a Gift Card online via our Gift Cards page and additionally at any participating* Greggs shop in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Vouchers are available for purchase online only via our Gift Cards page. The minimum amount required for activation is £5 and the maximum amount is £50, except for ‘High Roller” Gift Cards where both the minimum and maximum value is £50. Your Greggs Gift Card & Voucher is issued by, and remains the property of, Greggs plc, Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8BU.
When you buy a Gift Card & Voucher, you will be asked to give the gift recipient’s details (email or mobile number) as well as being given the opportunity to add a personal message. You will be able to select the delivery day and time for the Gift Card & Voucher. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.
The transaction reference on your bank card statement will refer to Greggs Gifting. We work with third party suppliers to issue the Gift Card & Voucher. If the Gift Card & Voucher is delivered with a higher value than the price that was charged to the credit or debit card, we reserve the right to cancel it and re-issue at the correct purchase price.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery mobile phone number or email address that you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if the Gift Card & Voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the mobile phone number or email address entered is incorrect.
Customising your Gift Card & Voucher
Greggs does not permit personalised products to include any content or material which:
• Infringes anyone's copyright: in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that text content in the personalised product.
• Infringes any other rights, such as a trade mark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality.
• Contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation.
• Is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person.
• Misrepresents identity or impersonates any person.
• Includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address.
• Contains material which is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group.
• May harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person.
• Gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by Greggs.
• Advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act.
Using your Gift Card
You may redeem your Gift Card at any participating* Greggs shop. When you use your Gift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance.
a) The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
b) Change will not be given.
c) You may check the balance on your Gift Card at any participating* Greggs shop.
d) Your Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card.
e) You may not exchange your Gift Card for cash.
f) Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Card.
g) We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged cards or cards which we believe may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
Using Your Voucher
To use a Voucher, you must take your email or mobile phone into a participating* Greggs shop.
The email or SMS will contain an 8 digit code that will need to be entered into the chip and pin terminal in the shop to access the gift account.
We will send you an email or SMS with your updated balance in it and a reminder of your 8 digit code for next time.
Expiration and Cancellation
Your Gift Card & Voucher and the balance on it will expire if it is not used for 24 consecutive months unless Greggs, in its absolute discretion, extends expiry as a result of disruption to normal trading conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your Gift Card & Voucher if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time by giving you reasonable prior notice.
Loss, Theft, Damage
You should take care of your Gift Card & Voucher and treat it like cash. Greggs is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. We can’t take responsibility for any Gift Card & Voucher that is lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Gift Card & Voucher to Customer Care on 0808 1473447.
If you lose your Gift Card & Voucher or it is stolen, damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Gift Card & Voucher and transfer the balance stored on it to a replacement card or device.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, undeliverable or delayed Gift Card & Voucher or any network failures. In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any Gift Card & Voucher that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. If a Gift Card & Voucher is deleted, or you change your mobile phone number after purchasing the Gift Card & Voucher, please call our Customer Care team on 0808 1473447.
Circumstances in which we may determine not to replace your Gift Card & Voucher include where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your breach of these terms and conditions or where there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct. In relation to your Gift Card, we will require your Gift Card number and proof of purchase before we can consider, in our sole discretion, any request to replace your Gift Card. In relation to your Voucher, if the email or text is deleted, or you change your mobile phone number after purchasing the Voucher, please call our Customer Care team on 0808 1473447.

These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) apply to any order to purchase products through https://www.greggs.co.uk/toptrumps (the "Website"). The Terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to, our Greggs | Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) and our Greggs | Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and Greggs | Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”).
Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order to us. By ordering a product from us, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and the Terms of Use (each as amended from time to time). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not order any Product from us and if you are purchasing or have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, these Terms will not apply and you should refer to the terms and conditions of sale of the relevant retailer.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Your order is an offer from you to buy the product(s) from us. When you place an order with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and its details (“Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, it does not confirm our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you when we dispatch the product and send you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched.
By ordering any products from us, you confirm that you are:
(a) a resident in the United Kingdom; and (b) ordering products for delivery in the United Kingdom (for the purposes of these Terms, we deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland).
If any of the above is incorrect, you should not order any product from this Website, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This is typically for any of the following reasons:
(a) the product is out of stock;
(b) there are unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for;
(c) a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements;
(d) we have identified an error in the price or description of the product;
(e) we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified;
(f) you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; or
(g) we are not allowed to sell the goods to you.
OUR PRODUCTS
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our Website.
The products are available while stock lasts.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are in GBP. You must pay for your products by the methods of payment as may be displayed on the payment page of the Website. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay and GPay. We will take payment as soon as you place your order.
Delivery costs are payable by you. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your order.
DELIVERY
Orders placed on this Website can only be delivered in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. You own the product once we have received payment in full.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the product we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for products while they are suspended. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, in each case for a period of more than 7 days and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the product in respect of the period after you end the contract.
YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it. If your purchase is split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

You have to return the product at your own cost. You have to return your product to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind, to the address set out in our returns policy. Please obtain proof of postage when returning the product.
If you handle the product in a way which would not be acceptable in-store, we reduce your refund, to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the packaging is damaged or items are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due.
If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We will refund you by the method you used for payment.
If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided. The reasons are:
(a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these Terms which you do not agree to;
(b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
(c) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(d) we have suspended supply of the products for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 7 days; or
(e) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.
In addition to the cancellation rights noted above, you also have certain statutory rights, these include that the products you purchase are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Within 30 days of the delivery, you may exercise the right to a refund if the product purchased is faulty. After the 30 day period, but within six months of the date of delivery and where the product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or replacement or where that is not possible, or the repair/ replacement does not resolve the fault, a refund. After six months of the date of delivery, similar rights exist, but only if you can prove that the fault was present at the point of delivery. You will need to pay for the postage to return the product – we will issue a refund for this.

RESOLVING DISPUTES WITH US
You have several options for resolving disputes with us
(a) Our customer service team will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products. You can contact us on: getintouch@greggs.co.uk.
(b) Alternative dispute resolution is an optional process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court.
(c) You can go to court. These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts.
OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:
(a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due;
(b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
(c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
If we end the contract in the situations set out above we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
We will only use your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will contact you to let you know if we plan to do this. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract (except someone you pass your guarantee on to). This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its Terms.
If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
7. Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
We are offering one delivery service: UK tracked delivery at the cost of £3.09. This is to ensure that your item is traceable in the event it goes missing.
Orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible – please allow up to 10 days for your delivery to arrive. To get your order in time for the Christmas, please order by Friday 13th December 2024.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address given in the order. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
Returns
Change of mind
We get it, sometimes you simply change your mind about something you’ve bought online, and you want to return it for a refund. As long as the product is still in its original condition, unused and with the packaging intact then you can return it within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the product.
You will have to pay for the return postage of the product. You will be responsible for the returned product until it reaches us, so we suggest retaining proof of postage.
We will pay the refund of the product price using the same method of payment as you used to purchase the product. Payment will be made within 14 days, once we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in 'new' condition.
Something is wrong with your product
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. We're sorry to hear that you’ve received a faulty product.
Please contact us for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next.
RETURNS PROCESS
To start your return, please contact us via email at: getintouch@greggs.co.uk. When you contact us, please provide the following information:
· order number;
· reason for return i.e. change of mind or issue with the product; and
· if the reason for return is due to an issue with the product, send us pictures of the faulty product and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you do not need to wait for a response from us – please return the product to the address below. In your return, please include a note with the order number and the associated email address.
