Greggs Disposal Unit surprise Vicky McClure and ITV’s ‘Trigger Point’

Greggs’ very own Disposal Unit were dispatched to the set of the much-anticipated ITV drama ‘Trigger Point’ to celebrate filming final scenes with Greggs superfan Vicky McClure.

The Line of Duty star called on her friends at Greggs to help surprise the cast and crew with some tasty treats.

In keeping with the theme of the show (and in true Greggs style), we delivered the goods to a secret London location in our one-of-a-kind ‘Greggs Disposal Unit’ vehicle.

Kitted out with state of the art vests, our squad team safely deposited the precious cargo so the 200-strong cast and crew could tuck into the explosive favours of our flakey-favourites including Sausage Rolls, Vegan Sausage Rolls, Doughnuts and soft drinks.

The new ‘Trigger Point’ series promises to give viewers an insight into counter-terrorism policing and “the officers who risk their lives daily on ‘the long walk’ towards danger”, according to the synopsis.

Vicky will play Lana Washington, an ex-military bomb disposal operative, in the “nail-biting” upcoming ITV six-part thriller.
